Applications invited for research grant

The June Hancock Mesothelioma Research Fund is inviting applications for a research grant to be awarded in November 2008. The grant is available either to medically qualified applicants or to post-doctoral scientists for clinical, laboratory and/or epidemiological research and palliative care or psycho-social studies in mesothelioma.  Applications may be for any sum of money up to a maximum of £120,000 and the work must be carried out at a research institution in the UK.

The closing date for applications is 25 July 2008.
