An invitation to join us for Action Mesothelioma Day 2016
The June Hancock Mesothelioma Research Fund are delighted to invite you to ‘meet the researchers’ at this year’s Action Mesothelioma Day 2016 event.
Date: 1st July 2016
Time: 10 am to 4 pm
Venue: Weetwood Hall Hotel, Otley Road, Leeds, LS16 5PS
The free event will enable mesothelioma patients, their families and health and social care professionals working in the field to meet the researchers investigating cures and treatments for the disease. The day will have an informal round table style, allowing attendees the opportunity to hear about research topics first-hand and to ask questions.
There will also be poster displays of research and related topics and, weather permitting, a release of doves during the lunch break. Local support groups and professionals from clinical and legal backgrounds will also be on hand to talk to people and provide information and advice.
